Who We Are
Space Up Construction is a licensed and insured contractor based in Natick, Massachusetts. We started with epoxy and resinous floor coatings and earned a reputation for floors that look good and stay down. Customers kept asking us to do the next thing, so we added siding, hardwood and vinyl flooring, painting, carpentry, drywall, plaster and plumbing, with crews we trust on each.
Space Up is a Women and Minority-Owned business led by the owner, a construction project manager with more than ten years of owner's-representative experience on large-scale commercial programs. That background shapes how every job here is run: a written scope, a real schedule, clear communication and no surprises.
We serve homeowners, landlords, property managers and other contractors across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Connecticut, and we recently opened a crew in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
